wrong tv sent european wattage – 2 pin plug,
This tv was sent via Amazon, It has been sent back although there was a delay at it was ordered for my sister
and I was away on holiday so she was unsure what to do. The suplier knew it was being sent back. I paid for the TV on my sister’s behalf and am now waiting for my account to be credited with the cost of postage at it cost £22.50 for special delivery as it was over £100.00.
I had previously received communication from Amazon before my holiday, so I am hoping that the credit for the TV & postage will shortly be received into my account.
This error was not down to Amazon but an error on the suppliers behalf.
